Nu-Mou Knight
Hmm..all normals? Vanillas are generally disliked around here, since it doesn't really show much creativity. As far as Level goes, "Hatchling" should probably be a Level 4 due to 1800 ATK, and Biker Dragon should be 3 since its ATK is only 1500. Everything else seems fine there. Darkness Dragon's effect: Can't you copy and paste from the description box? Anyway, he is just too overpowered, regardless of being a Level 12. 3 Level 4s, 1 of which is a Tuner, and he rips the field apart. He's dealing 3000 damage right off the bat if there's even a marginal difference in LP, rids the field of any opposing monster, gets a crazy amount of ATK if you have even a small number of cards in your Graveyard, and can wipe away any spells or traps on your opponent's side of the field. I'd suggest getting rid of the initial damage effect, somehow limit what monster can be destroyed and skip your Battle Phase, set an ATK and DEF, and maybe destroy 1 spell or trap card. I'm giving you a 5.5/10 for these.
おジャマ・キング
Actually, it's a lot simpler to click on the card image in the card maker, and then copy and paste the resulting code. It would also help if you posted the card texts under the card in the topic. Do that, then I'll edit this post with my critique.

Nu-Mou Knight
Well, bluntly speaking, yes. But, everybody sucked at one point or another. Just look through the cards of others, learn from them, and you'll get better
