Level 7
Spellcaster / Effect
While you control 3 Level 4 or lower "Winter" monsters: You can banish 1 monster you control; Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn, during either player's Standby Phase: You can negate the activation of a Spell/Trap card and return it to the owner's hand. When this card leaves the field, both players must skip their next Main Phase 1.

Winter Soldier - Mistle

Warrior / Effect
Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. When your opponent activates a Quick-Play Spell Card: Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn, during your End Phase: You can Tribute 1 Level 4 or lower "Winter" monster to inflict damage to your opponent equal to the Level of the Tributed monster x300.

Winter Tiger Soul - Spierit

Beast / Tuner
When your opponent activates a Trap Card: You can negate the activation of that Trap Card and Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card destroys a monster by battle: Banish the destroyed monster and gain Life Points equal to its ATK.

Insect / Effect
During your Standby Phase, if you control a face-up Continuous Spell Card and your opponent controls no Spell/Trap cards: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. You can only control 1 face-up "Winter Sprite - Isickel". This card gains 100 ATK for each Continuous Spell Card you control. When this card destroys a monster by battle: place it face-up in your Spell/Trap Card Zone as a Continuous Spell Card instead of sending it to the Graveyard.

If there is no face-up Field Spell Card on the field: this card loses 1000 ATK. Once per turn, during your opponent's Standby Phase: you can select 1 Continuous Spell Card you control and send it to the Graveyard; your opponent cannot declare an attack this turn. When this card destroys a monster by battle: Your opponent discards 1 card.

Spellcaster / Tuner
During your Standby Phase, if you control a face-up "Winter Queen - Glacial": You can Special Summon this card from your hand. While this card is face-up on the field: neither player can activate Trap Cards outside of the Battle Phase. When this card destroys a monster by battle: Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Winter" monster from your Graveyard. It cannot declare an attack, and is destroyed during your next End Phase.

This card cannot be Synchro Summoned during Main Phase 2. When this card is Synchro Summoned: Both players skip their next Battle Phase. While this card is face-up on the field: neither player can declare an attack with a Level 4 or lower monster.

When this card is Synchro Summoned: you can Special Summon up to 3 "Freeze Tokens" (Aqua-Type/WATER/Level 5/ATK 500/DEF 500) in face-up Attack Position. You can Tribute 1 "Freeze Token" you control to negate the activation of a Spell/Trap Card and destroy it. When this card leaves the field: negate the effects of all face-up monsters until the End Phase.

Holy Frozen Winter
Field Spell
The effects of all monsters in either player's Graveyard are negated. While you control a face-up "Winter" monster: The effects of all face-up monsters on the field are negated, except for "Winter" monsters. When this card is destroyed by the effect of a Spell Card: Until your next Standby Phase, neither player can play or Set any Spell/Trap Cards. When this card is destroyed by the effect of a Trap Card: Until your next Standby Phase, neither player can Summon or Set a monster.

[center][center][font=georgia,serif]I hate that I cannot provide more useful feedback, as I've been away from Yu-Gi-Oh for years now, and am, at the moment, unfamiliar with an OCG changes, but let me just say this: your picture selection is superb. "[b]Fraast[/b]", "[b]Winter Dragon[/b]", and "[b]Mistle[/b]" have stunning, crystal clear pictures that blow me away. Again, I'm sorry I can't give more useful feedback, but in the art department, keep it up; especially if they'll look like those![/font][/center][/center]

Given the fact that the previous effect is Skill Drain to all but Winter Monsters, those effects at least ONE of them should harm only you instead
