Well, first showcase of a card since about 2010. I hope you all like it, ratings and contructive critism would be nice.
When this card is Summoned, you can send 1 Aqua-, Fish-, or Sea Serpent-type monster from your deck to the graveyard. You can banish this face-up card to Special Summon 1 banished Level 3 or lower Aqua-, Fish-, or Sea Serpent-Type monster (excluding this card). Each player can only activate the effect of "Serpent of the East Wind" once per turn.
Changed Lore, ATK boosted to 1300, but will now trigger on any Summon and will just send any Aqua-, Fish-, or Sea Serpent-type. (I originally didn't want it to do that due to Fishborg, but owell.)

Thanks :) I appreciate the rate. The card is weak (ATK wise) mainly because it is like Tour Guide for the BaniSharks.
It would dump Tortoise and then use its own Banish effect to return a banished monster and SS Tortoise for a instant Rank 3.

How do I add rep, havn't been here since like 2010. So lost XD

Thanks for the rating and comment! As stated, its ATK is low due to the instant Rank 3 shenanigans it is actually used for. Also, I made a Kalut like card for them, just havn't posted other support due to the fact people would irritate me with views and not replys >,>

I will increase it to 1500, but doubt it will ever EVER attack.

Looks nice, and can help other WIND decks (well, Dragunity mostly) as well.

The ATK needs to be usable if you open with it - either to attack if your opponent goes first and you have nothing else, or to set up Tortoise and avoid having to leave Orca/Fly-Fang/Ray out and unable to escape. 1500 is probably about right. I'd also let it work with Special Summons as well, for use with Surfacing/Diva/Flying Kamikiri (unless you put the ATK up any more) and then you may as well just make it all Summons, in case it ends up set for some reason.)

8.6/10

I personally do not like sea-serpent, fish etc type monsters or any remove from play effects (mainly because remove from play really screws my Lightsworn deck which i love to bits, sorry that sounded a tad crazy) but i feel you made a balanced card and a good effect aswell. Good image too so i gave you a high enogh mark for it.

I'm curious why you allowed it to summon Aqua, Fish, and Sea Serpent type when the card itself is a WIND attribute

you should have also made it WATER attribute

Look at the cards in Generation Force.

This is designed to work with a set of WIND Fish, Sea Serpent and Aqua monsters from that set. You've been told about them before, because I saw that thread, so you should know about them. There's nothing wrong with a non-obvious combination of type and attribute on a card, and frankly it's more interesting to mix things up.

The card's attribute is fine. The only thing I would suggest is making the dumping type-based as well, since it helps drop the WATER monsters that people use with the theme, such as Killer Frilled Shark, rather than relying on Skreech or Genex Undine.
