Each time a DARK Fairy-type monster is Normal Summoned: Place 1 Heaven Counter on this card. You can send this card with 6 or more Heaven Counters on it to the Graveyard when you Tribute Summon a DARK Fairy-type monster to target and destroy up to 4 cards your opponent controls. You cannot declare an attack during the turn this effect is activated.

this is going to be hell once combined with Ultimate Offering

4 card destruction just seems a bit too much

Think about it though, where's your draws coming from? There aren't many DARK Fairies that are Level 4, meaning that you can't just keep swarming. There's Dark Valkyria, but I can't even think of what else. And the Special Summon cards like Valhalla don't work here. So it would take a lot of effort and net you a lot of -'s, because you'd have to resort to using Tribute Monsters, i.e. Darklords (this is a FanFic Plot Device, so bare with me), which would eventually even it out.

Nurse Reficule the Fallen One (who is, in fact, a Darklord), Vanadis of the Nordic Ascendant (who's useless outside Nordics) and Mirir of the Nordic Ascendant (A level 2, and is just useless). That's it. There's technically enough, but any given deck would be unlikely to use more than half, meaning it's down to the Darklords. The card should be fine, especially if it's a fanfic plot device, because without being able to attack it's harder to take advantage of clearing your opponent's field, and without offering it's very slow.

The only sticking point is that Dark Valkyria is a gemini, and so can be Normal Summoned twice. If you want, you could add 'from your hand' to avoid this. Also, perhaps prevent Special Summons in the turn it's used as well? Darklords tend to do that quite a lot, and combine it with Athena to burn the opponent, so it would be a significant cost.

I completely forgot about Reficule, and I don't really see the Nordics getting used in something like this.

That being said, it would cost you a good amount of cards to pull this off; at the very least it's a -3, but you've got to remember that you need Ultimate Offering to pull off the Valkryia combo, which means it relies on a Limited Card.

Offering isn't limited. Well not yet anyway - Gadget Xyz will likely get it hit, but until then it's unlimited.

It's a trap, so it needs a turn to set up, and you need the Valkyrias, but it's not that hard to do.

To put the counters on is a +0, unless you tribute summon. This and Offering don't count as -1's, because they're continuous, and the monsters don't because they're still on the field. Valkyria can even get plusses, since each one gets to pop a Spell/Trap with it's counter. The use of this effect is anything from a -1 to a +2, depending on how many cards you destroy - you only lose the tribute and this.

It needs a lot of cards, and may cause you to overextend, but you don't lose any of them, so they're not -1s.

The fact that it is hard enough to get that many counters on it, and also have to Normal Summon ANOTHER just to set it off, and skip the BP when it is used, makes it useless.

Nice thought, but it would just be a magnet for MST once at 3 or more Counters.

Since it is so balanced, and is a cool thought--

That's a mistake on my part, though it should be.

It's a trap, so it needs a turn to set up, and you need the Valkyrias, but it's not that hard to do.

Right, that's understandable. But don't forget, you've actually got to play this. And even then, what are the chances of getting 3 Valkyria? As far as I know (and I could be (and most likely am) wrong), there's no way to search it, meaning you'd have to rely on actually drawing into three of them.

I think Valkyria destroys monsters, but your point is the same nonetheless. That's true; I was looking at it from a Tribute Summon perspective.

It needs a lot of cards, and may cause you to overextend, but you don't lose any of them, so they're not -1s.

By the time you pull the combo off, you've got nothing left to follow through with.
