Gemini Home Planet would be a great card, may make them considered for a relook for tier 2.
As for Moon, its to situational (requiring the Fusion Gemini or Home Planet to be good) and would get MSTed when beneficial.
9/10 for Planet
7.8/10 for Moon

Home Planet is interesting, but not much more use than their fusion - Geminis only have I think 1 level 8, and frankly have enough revival that they don't need to tribute summon. The damage is just a kick in the teeth really, and just makes the card less appealing. Without that, it'd be nice option to deal with opponent's field spells; with it, it's a needless risk, since they can get along fine with other ways to activate effects or just not use them.

Moon is too situational. Unless you have ways of giving them their effects, it's going to waste space, and your opponent will know in advance that your monster can't be destroyed, and so will see it coming, except maybe if combined with a set ultimate offering. It would be better as a continuous trap, since then you could surprise your opponent with it, but even then there are better options than this.

I think that is the most eloquent way to describe the field spell. I would get rid of the damage and give it another effect that doesn't require you to have a gemini on the field for it to be relevant (like Dragon's Ravine and Necrovalley). Then it would be great.

The Continuous Spell is pretty useless imo, if instead of saying they can't die by battle, I think it would be more beneficial that you give it that machina spell cards effect where you just summon another Gemini with the same level and attribute when one is destroyed. Then I would say the spell would have some value.
