[center][center]Very nice card, very usable with the Neo Flamvell Origin and Laval Coatl floating around,[/center][/center]
[center][center]The Special Summoning could also set up more Summons, like Xyz Summons [/center][/center]
[center][center]Would've been interesting to have this card only have 200 DEF, target for Flamvell Counter and Rekindling.[/center][/center]

It's effects sync up well, and it is rather useful. I would up it's level, though. With powerful FIRE monsters, this card could become OP with little or no effort. Other than that, it's good.

gaining ALL of the atk seems a bit too much

you summon Solar Flare, tribute it, this thing boosts to 3900 atk easily
