Er, I can tell you that a large portion of all hiring cases - and, more prominently, wage and promotion - show favour to males, which is what I assume you meant. Statistics!

Unless the numbers are actually falsified (As in Senator Jon Kyl's assertion that 90% of what Planned Parenthood does is abortions, which he later said was #NotIntendedToBeAFactualStatement), statistics themselves do not lie; it is only misinterpreting them that leads to error.

Anyway, I don't think there needs to be sexism. Everyone must know that men and women are not equal. Men are stronger, women are more flexible. Men and women's pelvises are different. Other studies show that men are more sex-driven. Did you know the average male thinks about sex every 7 seconds on average?

Of course, stereotypes are never good. There are cases in which men are more flexible than women or women are stronger than men, but the thing to look at is the majority. Women's rights movements should be disbanded, in my opinion. Women have equal rights except in cases such as the Wal-mart scandal. And yes, Dark, it has been shown in studies that women get paid more than men in jobs, such as Wal-Mart. Hiring females for "equality" is stupid, because it's no longer equality.

I'm a chivalrous boy. I hold doors open, ready chairs, etc. Does that mean I'm sexist? No. I respect women and it's an old custom.

As I say to any immature sexist boy: good luck finding a wife!

I'm just going to point out that Wikipedia can't always be trusted. Why? Because it's not hard for some a-hole to get on there and change things. Trust me...I used to do it. :3

First of all, false information on Wikipedia is almost always immediately corrected; tests have shown that it is as reliable as non-free encyclopedias like World Book Online.

Second of all, Wikipedia provides links to primary sources for you to check at your leisure.

Third of all, while someone may be able to change a single line on Wikipedia and have a small chance of sneaking it past the Wikipedians for some time, they couldn't have reversed the entire conclusion of everything on the whole page without attracting notice. Go ahead, try to edit Wikipedia to provide an extensive argument that homosexuality is a choice, or that Woodrow Wilson was a British Prime Minister who was born in Glasgow, and see how long that lasts.

Wait...you think homosexuality isn't a choice? WTF?!?!? ...or did I misinterpret that?

And Wiki may have beefed up their security since I last messed with it. When I did it, it was some time before my changes were corrected...and I altered the whole outcome of a page.

Also...if Wiki can be trusted...why do English teachers tell you not to use it as a source for a research paper? <_<

Dear lord this problem has affected everyone hasn't it?

I mean take my group of friends for an example:

We are all feminist in our own ways, I believe that EVERYONE should be treated equally and I do so. I treat every woman like I would any other guy, same goes with everything else. However some of the girls, in my group of friends promote Feminism like its a religion. But that's not a bad thing if they are talking about Females being [u][i]equal[/i][/u] to males right? Well that's just it, Some people take Feminism and SAYS that they are equal to males while in truth some people take it the extra mile, while they don't admit it, they believe they are BETTER THAN males!

Seriously WTF I mean I've met a lot of women who claim that they are equal to men when they CLEARLY act as though they are better >.> I'm feminist in the sense that every woman has all the rights any man has. But not that they are better! Everybody is equal. I don't care if your female, a different race, or a different sexuality. Just stfu, get over yourselves, we are all human for Christ sake, we should all be equal...

Is that so hard!?

Here's an example of a fake statistic. Religious group xyz wants to prove that the percentage of gay Americans is lower than the common belief. They go and take a survey in the most heterosexual area they can find, and release it as if it represented all of America.

Technically, they didn't falsify any numbers, but the statistic was made in a controlled environment.
