Cap the beginnining letter of each word in the name of a card (besides things like of, the, and, etc.)
Also, captilize the beggining of sentences.
Fixes: When this card is Summoned: Inflict 1000 damage to each player's Life Points. During each of your Standby Phases, gain 500 Life Points. Increase the ATK and DEF of other face-up Dragon-type monsters you control by 1000.
While this card is face-up on the field: Your opponent cannot select another Dragon-type monster as an attack target. Dragon-type monsters you control cannot be targeted by Trap cards. During each of your Standby Phases, you can discard 1 card to gain 200 Life Points.

The first card requires only 2 Tributes and is to powerful. Reduce the ATK of it to 2400 if you wish to keep those effects.
The 2nd card is just fine, well balanced and such. The Life Gain is a little weak, you could increase it to 1200 or something like that.
Pretty good for First cards, I guess. To make them Effect monsters, while in the card maker, make sure you click what says "Normal" and go down to "Effect".

besides the lore and yeah the use of EFFECT color orange,
i don't like the idea of giving dragons additional attack as most dragons already have high attack
*ehem* "gold sarcophagus---calls future fusion----calls five-headed dragon" *ehem*
and usually card with greater than 8 stars cannot be normally tribute summoned. If they can be, they need specific cards
:)
