evilfusion Posted August 7, 2011 Report Share Posted August 7, 2011 Rank 1 Xyz have this little problem with needing 3 Materials. Unlike Number 83 and that other one, this has no built in protection, and practically no Level 1 monsters have the firepower so attacking directly is worth bringing this out, or, in the case of Machine Emperors, can allow for this to be brought out in a timely, useful fashion.
