Story: The X-Corps have created a series of mass-produced Mecha for use in wars by the USA. However, a number of meteors containing mysterious-looking robots have fallen all around the world, and Genetech, a huge megacorporation with sketchy motives has recruited a number of girls that have somehow resonated with the mysterious robots to operate them. Yet an even bigger threat looms over the horizon.

As long as this card's ATK is higher than 1600, decrease all battle damage it deals to your opponent by half. Whenever this card attacks, after damage calculation, decrease it's ATK by 400. When this card's ATK becomes 0, shuffle it back into your deck and draw a card.

This card can be special summoned from your hand or graveyard by banishing one "X-01 Infantry Mecha" and one Machine card from your deck or graveyard. When this card attacks and deals damage to your opponent by attacking, you may destroy one monster on the field with lower DEF than the damage dealt. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, deal damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monster's DEF.

This card can be special summoned from your hand or graveyard by banishing one "X-01 Infantry Mecha" and one Machine card from your deck or graveyard. When this card deals damage to your opponent by battle, draw a card. While this card is in face up attack position, whenever you draw a card, deal damage to your opponent equal to the number of cards drawn x 300. While this card is face up on the field, each turn, you may discard two cards and draw a card.

This card can only be Tribute Summoned by tributing two Machine-Type monsters you control with at least 2000 ATK. When this card attacks a defense position monster with lower DEF then this card's ATK, deal the difference as damage to your opponent. When this card attacks an attack position monster with lower ATK than this card, destroy it instantly without doing damage calculation.

If they don't have 3 cards, I assume they would just discard their hand. Do I need to specify that?

Also, these are just the beginning cards, the basics. I'm trying to make Anime-style giant mecha with pilots as a card archetype (Operator, Mecha), and those will come in a couple of hours-days depending on how lazy i am.

Eventually. I just wanted to get the main bits finished first.

Oh, and if you couldn't tell, every X Mecha/Operator is supposed to go with their same attribute (Kayle/Umbra, Melissa/Knight).

this will get confusing when I put more into it, however.
