Saima
Hi everyone. I've made a few cards here made to slow down the pace of the game . I'm not too sure about the OCG, as I tried to use the new stuff I found on the Konami website. Keep in mind that this is just a preview of the set/cards, and constructive feedback please. Noss Drakon: This card cannot be Special Summoned. Once per turn: Discard 2 cards; Destroy all face-up cards you opponent controls that share 1 or more word in their name. Warlock of Noss: This card cannot be Special Summoned. Once per turn: Reveal 1 "Noss" monster in your hand; Declare one card name. Cards with that name and their effects cannot be used until your opponent's next end phase. Cards on the field before this card was activated are not affected (including face-down cards). Noss Hunting Party: When your opponent activates an effect that would destroy this card: Discard 1 "Noss" card; Negate that card, and destroy it. Noss Dark Warlock: This card cannot be Special Summoned, except by it's own effect. Once per turn: Reveal one "Noss" card in your hand; Target one monster in your opponent's Graveyard. It's effect is negated while this card is on the field or in the Graveyard. When this card is destroyed by a card effect: Special Summon it if your opponent controls 3 or more cards.[/spoiler]
ragnarok1945
for Cerebrile, you forgot to say at the beginning of the lore "As long as this card is face up on the field" Drakon: if you're going to nuke that many monsters, you might as well add in the drawback of skipping your battle phase 8/
JordanPark24
Drakon's effect is kind of odd. Destroy all monsters your opponent controls with the same word in their name? To me, that all seems way too flimsy, not to mention a total massacre when your fighting against themed decks.
Saima
@Ragnarok: Is that necessary? Isn't that assumed when not written? @Jordan: I agree that it's not a typical nuke like JD, but that wasn't what I was looking for. It is supposed to massacre things like GKs, Dragunities, etc. I think the 2 card discard is more than enough to offset your average pluses off it though.
