ragnarok1945
if monster effects can't be activated, then technically it would negate its own effect as well, so the rest of the effect you wrote would be pointless

MibeR
That is the interesting, but no warning, black horn, BTH when it is Summoned is helps alot. Card is good, but banish 1 card meaning you can banish your opp monster it is battled right? That would be super annoying. How about at the end of Damage Step? MibeR
Because to make it balance

Junk Raver
I get your concept, that by negating its second effect during the turn it's summoned, it will balance the card as general cards that banish others, always have a drawback. That been said, a blood-related picture and "no mercy" doesnt fit with the LIGHT attribute, and 1 card instead of one monster is like WTF! I would rather use "Chaos Saucerman" (as i call it ¬_¬). Its nice but not my cup of tea.
