When this card is Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 "Psychic Experiment - 003" from your Deck, If you control a face-up "Psychic Experiment - 002". If all 3 "Psychic Experiment" monster cards are on the field, You can declare a Level from 1 to 5. All face up "Psychic Experiment" monsters become that level. Junk Raver Posted August 12, 2011 Report Share Posted August 12, 2011 The image is not suited, i get the misty green adds a hazey and psy-wave kind of effect but it would be more appealing to see a device strapped to its head with electric bolts flying from its brain lol Its level is too large too, competing with shooting quasar dragon = me no likey, but i like your ideas and alot of thought has been put into it. 5/10 IMO. Take 1000 damage, Each time you use this effect." This part I don't see the need to burn yourself 1000.
