I have remade this card with a much simpler effect.

Lore:
Pay 2000 Life Points. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, negate all effects, except this card and Field Spell cards. You may pay 2000 Life Points to destroy this card.

The main use for this card is a staller. It is designed so that you can get all your continuous spell and traps out on the field safely (of which I use many) and then destroy might of monsters so that the continuous card effects are no long negated.

Of course the flip side is that because all effects are negated, so are all summoning conditions :), so it's possible just to go for an all out slog against the opponent.

This card is limited because of the obvious impossibility to remove it any other way than by it's own effect, and it's obvious powerfulness in a beat-stick deck.

Please tell me if this card needs another drawback besides the life points, because I am aware that it is very powerful.

If I increase the activation cost to half, I think that is better. However, half again is too much for destroying it. But I do not want to put a fixed value on the destruction cost as you may find yourself suddenly unable to afford it. So I propose these new OCG:

Pay half your Life Points. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, negate all effects, except this card and Field Spell cards. You may pay 10% or your Life Points to destroy this card.
(I hope that 20% is easy enough to calculate for the users)

This means that activation will cost 4000max, and destruction with cost 800max. Meaning that total max cost for playing the card will be 4800LP.

Does that sound better to you n8thegr8?
