I am celebrating Vertumnalia on the 13th of August which pays honor to Vertumnus the god of seasons, change, and plant growth... It is also Nemoralia which pays honor to Diana goddess of the hunt and the moon...

Being that both of these holidays revolve around the general topic I want to know, what is your opinion on food? What are the pros and cons of it? And how does it apply to you in life?

If you eat at night, then when do you sleep? Unless you eat in your sleep, which is highly improbable.

No. We don't eat at night. Its different in each country because the sun sets at different hours. In the middle east we're blessed in Ramadan because the sun sets at about 6:45. However in Europe it sets about 9 PM so thats when they break their fast and eat. Then they could sleep since in Ramadan you have to be awake the whole fasting time or else it would be a joke to sleep through the whole process. Your body will be too tired to continue to stay awake so you'd sleep until Sohoor which is the time where you eat before you have to fast the next time (in middle east its about 4 AM, not sure when in europe and america).
