This card's effect is something like "Shield & Sword" for me it's a little OP'ed (just in battle terms) because you can switch the ATK and DEF whenever YOU WANT since you didn't put a limitation here, not to mention that this card can be Special Summoned and I'm not talking about a Fusion Summon needed. OCG is bad same for the picture.

Correct OCG:
"You can switch this card's ATK and DEF."

Its level is lower than one of the fusion material monsters. *is odd*
Its picture is boring (mainly because of the lack of a background). *shows lack of effort*
It requires 2 monsters that each take 2 tributes of their own and polymerization. *shows that this card is UP*
One of the required monsters "Stone Dragon" is a burden in your deck (has awful stats). *shows that this card is UP*
"Ancient Gear Golem" is a machine-type, "Stone Dragon" is a rock-type, and your card is a warrior-type. *makes it hard for you have to support*
Its effect is bland and boring, and overall worse than "Ancient Gear Golem". *shows that this card is UP*

To me, all of the above things need fixed before this card becomes good.

Make it at least a 8 or 9 star creature, find a new more fitting picture, upgrade its effect, upgrade its stats, and make it a Rock-Type monster.
I think an effect that would suit this card would be:
"Once per turn during your main phase you can switch this card's original ATK with its DEF. If this card destroys your opponents defense positioned monster, it can attack once again this turn. If your opponents attacking monster that attacks this card has lower ATK than this cards DEF, destroy the attacking monster."

ATK 1500, DEF 4000

Of course, your effect doesnt have to be what I proposed, or you could even add another effect to mine, but whatever you do, update this card.

Switch since when? its not UPed if the Fusion Materials is an 2 EARTH monster, and use it from either side of the field. Like Cfortress Dragon

This card is very boring IMO

The picture doesn't look good and it needs other effects to aide it. Also, why is the monster only a level 7 when one of it's fusion material monsters is a level 8? It's considerably weaker than Ancient Gear Golem anyway. Might as well stick with that one. :\
