Destroy the selected monsters and Special Summon 1 "Drakon" from your Extra Deck. I don't find vanillas very interesting myself, so post-OCG fix, your cards are ok. Effects would be nice, though. I assume Apophis is also a 5-6 star vanilla, and I don't really feel like getting -4 to get a 4000 ATK beatstick without an effect. Even just using Polymerization (which is far better than your alternative, which if you want to be the only way to summon DRAKON DRAKON should have a clause saying so in its so far nonexistent ability) is a -2 for something that will very likely be killed extremely quickly. 5/10 for usefulness, on par with Black Skull Dragon, and 10/10 for balance, because, hey, they are definitely not going to break the game.
