[center][center][b]So, I haven't made a card in awhile, and I figured I'd try my hand at it. My OCG's rusty, but yeah. Anyway, I'll probably post more singles in here later. Like I said, I'm rusty on my OCG, so feel free to correct anything if it needs to be corrected, and constructive criticism is always welcome.[/b][/center][/center]

Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, the monster equipped with this card and all monsters on the field with the same name lose 200 ATK. When the monster equipped with this card and all monsters on the field with the same name have 0 ATK, they are Banished, this card is destroyed, and the owner of the card(s), can Special Summon 1500 or lower ATK monsters from their Graveyard or hand equal to the amount of monsters destroyed by this card's effect.[/b][/center][/center]

It was actually more intended to be able to weaken your enemy's monsters so you can attack more (and if you have a piercing card, then they'll be screwed even in defense position), and then they can resummon as a drawback for the card user. But I suppose anyone can use any card how they wish. :D Thanks for the rate!

This effect is somewhat slow for Plasma Drone. 200 atk isn't a big drop. Granted at the end you can summon quite a bit, but I don't quite see that getting pulled off

You generally don't equip it to your monsters. You equip it to an opponent's monster while you have a piercing damage monster on the field (yes, I know, situational) then let the attack slowly drop while you beat away at them. Then they get to grab a few monster out of it. And besides, the monsters can't be destroyed by battle, so it gets pulled off. Just in due time.
