Once per turn you can remove from play the top card of your Deck. When this card is removed from the field, you can Special Summon any number of Level 4 or lower Psychic-Type Monsters that were removed from play by this card's effect. Agro
It seems fine. Though potentially abusive. It's a preference really, but if it were me, I'd lower its ATK to 1900 just because staying on the field for enough turns to cause serious damage shouldn't just be a cakewalk. Everything else is fine. This card would make me run Psychics.
Ieyasu Tokugawa
I'd rather use Esper Girl to go into Catastor than this. All you did was let it rfp each turn and give it a Special Summon effect that misses timing. Not really that brilliant of a card.

If you want it to be of any use, remove the word "can" from the SS effect.
ragnarok1945
a little abusive for possibly too much summoning power might want to consider restrictions on them
