Once per turn, you can pay 800 Life Points to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster from your hand. When this card destroys a monster in Battle, banish the destroye. If this card would be destroyed, you can select and Special Summon up to 2 Level 4 or lower monsters from your Graveyard.
KurashiDragon
This card looks interesting but given it's horrible summoning conditions, I'd say the effect just isn't worth it. Make it so it doesn't have to pay life points to Special Summon a monster from your hand. Also, you messed up the second effects wording because you forgot some words "When this card destroys a monster by Battle, banish the destroyed monster." Finally, with your wording the last effect is kind of confusing. I believe you meant it to be like this. "If this monster is sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon up to 2 Level 4 or lower monsters from your Graveyard." So all in all I believe your effect should look something like this. "This monster can only be Special Summoned by Synchro Summon. Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster from your hand. If this monster destroys a monster by battle, banish the destroyed monster. If this monster is sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon up to 2 level 4 or lower monsters from your Graveyard." 7/10 (8/10 if you go with my corrections)
ragnarok1945
"If this card would be destroyed, you can select and Special Summon up to 2 Level 4 or lower monsters from your Graveyard. " This effect is OPed. First off, you said destroyed, which means destroyed in ANY way, and thus is easy to pull off since you can kill it yourself and the summoned monsters need restrictions as well

Well it's true that I may give it a little bit too much Special Summon effects, but I think it's worth though. It's Summoning Condition is the same as T.G. Halberd Cannon, and yet Halberd Cannot let you negate the Summon of an opponent's monster and destroy it, without even a single cost. So, instead I give this card a Summon effect, but with a cost and limited once for a turn, what's make it's OPed. Halberd Cannot also allow you to Special Summon a T.G. monster from Graveyard when it's sent there from the field, so you can easily call out Blade Blaster, Hyper Librarian, ect, so I also make this card has a Special Summon effect when it's sent to the Graveyard, what's wrong with that? [/quote] 2 things: 1. Do not argue against your card not being OPed, in most cases you're probably wrong (just go look at some of the other threads on this forum 2. Although it has the same summoning restriction as Halberd Cannon, it has two awesome extra effects. Not to mention that you're selecting 2 monsters, which can easily be brought into anything from a XYZ or Synchro to a Tribute, thereby allowing more versatility.
