I don't see this getting more than 2300/2300 with the boosting effect

Well, it's meant for heavy monster decks, with like 23 monsters or more. I was going to go with x300 for every monster but I did the (Google) math and it was going to be 6300 ATK and DEF so... yea 4600 sounded better. :/
