.Rai
How on earth do Herald decks use Decree? Anyway, you might as well just say the same about every Trap Card. Anyway, Leeching the Light.

.Gideon.
All Herald decks use Decree, either mained or sided. And Leeching is bad because Herald negates it,
.Rai
ITT: You will not draw 1 of your many counters to Perfect Herald before they make it. ITT: Solemn Warning does not exist. Neither does Judgment. ITT: You can't use Light-Imprisoning Mirror before you get out Perfect Herald. ITT: Perfect Herald has an infinite amount of Fairy-Types in the hand. ITT: There are way too many ITTs. Whoever thinks thinks this is a better side than Light-Imprisoning, Prohibition or Leeching the Light is just bad. Lonk
I sided against the fight with Aska and Luna. It begins to become a pain when Aska always curses your party members. Also, Light-Imprisoning Mirror is better and has synergy with Zombies and it's more versatile.

.Rai
Most decks can set up even quicker than Heralds. Anything with a Tour Guide engine pretty much beats Herald. Also, Royal Tribute before you do Herald. ujelly?

.Rai
It doesn't really matter. Tour Guide doesn't care about other Tour Guides setting up what they need. As long as you can set up at a similar pace, it's totally fine. Herald will eventually run out of Fairies and you just stall until you can stop it.
