The art is a bit iffy, sort of blurry IMO. The effects are nice, but the card selection effect of Cyber Warrior could easily be manipulated in every deck, and seems incredibly OP'd to me. For instance, in a Lightsworn deck: You have two Ryko's a Wulf, Lylla, and a Celestia in your grave, and some random spells/traps/Monsters to get you there, C.W. has, let's say, Megamorph or Axe on him, or is just attacking a weak defensive monster, I.E.: Winged Kuriboh. The monster is destroyed, you select J.D. from your deck and place it atop. You have no LS on the field to force a mill, and a face-down Torrential/Mirror for Opp. Monster fodder. Next turn, if your opponent has nothing to stop it, J.D. comes to the field to cause chaos. See what I mean?
But if you made it 1 card at random, this could easily be less common to happen, and far more realistic.
But, I like your idea. 7/10
