Make it so that it's treated as a Zombie-Type in the Graveyard as well and then maybe it'll see a bit of play. Skelegon the Gravekeeper should, instead of stopping Special Summons, stop effects that activate in the Graveyard, so that Zombies won't be hurt that much but other decks will be.
