Skelegon the Gravekeeper's last effect should be modified

right now it's too easy to get back on the field, so you should have said if special summoned in such a way its effects get negated

1st card is pretty much useless right now. Make it so that it's treated as a Zombie-Type in the Graveyard as well and then maybe it'll see a bit of play.

Skelegon the Gravekeeper should, instead of stopping Special Summons, stop effects that activate in the Graveyard, so that Zombies won't be hurt that much but other decks will be.
