. both players take 1000 points of damage during each player's End Phase. Decrease the damage each player takes when this happens by 500 points for each Spell and Trap Card that player controls. .return up to 2 cards your opponent controls to their owner's hand. This card is treated as a Normal Monster while in your hand.
ragnarok1945
great, so all you have to do is set 2 face down spell/traps and the 1st effect does nothing 2nd effect is far more likely to be used It's better than the existing harpies but nothing too special
Time Psyduck
This is...a Psuedo Harpie with the effects of two of the Simorghs. Frankly, if I wanted to use those effects, I could simply use those monsters. The first effect is possibly more useful on this, since it's Special Summon-able, but it's still burn based on backrow hate, which is unreliable and easy to dodge, as well as potentially backfiring. The second is actually rather powerful as a one per turn effect, since most things remotely similar usually only work once. Being a Normal Monster in the hand cannot, however, be an optional effect on the field, since it will never actually apply. Level 7 is bad, since it means two tributes to summon, and 2200 ATK would require a decent effect for a level 5, so for a Level 7 without a Special Summoning condition would be unacceptable with anything short of a downright broken effect. DARK also has no synergy with the existing Harpies, which are all WIND, and a DARK monster would only help a Dark Simorgh/Blackwing/Chaos Variant. In summary, the card is horrid. Regardless of what Ragnorok says, this is worse than most, if not all of the Harpies (it may be slightly better than the original dragon, but that's about it. Certainly it's far below the Harpies anyone used) and being 'nothing special' is an understatement.
