The effect is good, but the text is very confuse. Actually, is horrible... But you could do something different too, there are already a lot of cards with effects like this one. "What do you mean vote?"²

"Whens this monster battles an opponent's monster, destroy both cards at the end of the Damage Step."

No Because the cards supposed to suck. Its ment for destroying weak monsters when you don't have any monsters.

The way it's worded, he can't attack without destroying himself. If he's the attacking monster, he will destroy himself by this:

When this card attacks, or is targeted for an attack, destroy both this card and the [i][b]attacking monster[/b][/i] at the end of the Damage Step (Damage calculation is applied normally).

Change it to opponent's monster instead of attacking monster, or just say "destroy this card".

No, it's not. It has 500 ATK and destroys itself after battle (and your opponent's monster, if you follow my above recommendation); that isn't something with which you are going to destroy weak monsters. Also, what pimp_7 has said, which was "When this monster battles an opponent's monster, destroy both cards at the end of the Damage Step.", is what the effect should look like.

You get a 6/10 for this.
