Stardust Girl When this card is Summoned you can Special Summon a level 4 Monster from your Graveyard. Its effects are negated. When this card is used for the Synchro Summon of 'Stardust Dragon' your opponent cannot activate Spell or Trap Cards until their next End Phase. Its not very balanced. Its an insta Stradust which makes it OPED. 7/10 I wont correct the others, just use Caps for names and some terms. Reason is, Stardust's effect isn't actually once per turn, meaning with this out and Stardust out, you've completely locked down any form of destruction your opponent has. It can go better than Scrap/Blizzard which is only for their archetype. So, No For stardust girl As for Stardust Princess > It can SS its own Synchro Tuner Material which is very broken.
