Meh. Criticism of any kind is accepted. OCG fixes would be cool too, I'm a little rusty. This card can only be Special Summoned by Banishing up to 5 Dragon-type monsters on your field. For every monster Banished, place one Head Counter (max. 5) on this card. This card gains 700 ATK and 500 DEF for every Head Counter on this card. Once per turn, you can remove 1 Head Counter from this card to Special Summon 1 Level 5 or lower Dragon-type monster from your Graveyard. When this card is destroyed by battle, you lose 200 Life Points for every Head Counter on this card. MibeR
Prefer the sending one not banishing, because the reviving parts is good. It makes disaster dragon good If you want anew OCG only Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned by banishing up to 5 Dragon-Type monsters on your field. For every monster banished, place 1 Head Counter (max. 5) on this card. This card gains 700 ATK and 500 DEF for every Head Counter on it. ragnarok1945
for Elder Hydra, unless tokens don't count, the quickest way then would be to use Scapegoat and DNA surgery burn effect isn't likely to be too harmful to you fortunately, Dragon Scout doesn't seem to support it, so the summoning effect should be ok
