Banishychics don't banish things for good(Unless you use PSi-Dog and 2+ uses of Cleric), Unless they are returned to hand/deck/Banished themselves. This <Generally> doesn't happen, especially because I can forcefully kill them by using mind over matter to get my monster/Whatever.
