Wolverine has indestructible claws, as you've said he can regenerate much faster than a human, plus he's a freaking superhero. You made him an average Level 6 Normal Monster? Give him an effect that somehow involves Equip Cards, like letting you get one from your Grave or gaining something when he's equipped with them.
