.Rai
loldualland. During the turn “Oceanweld Observatory” is activated: Negate its effect. Once per turn: You can select 1 Level 4 WATER or LIGHT monster you control and shuffle it into your Deck; Search your Deck for a Level 4 monster and add it to your hand. It cannot be Summoned this turn. If this card is destroyed: You can banish 1 Field Spell Card in your Graveyard except from “Oceanweld Observatory”; Place this card on the top of your Deck OR shuffle it into your Deck.

Agro
I really like it and it's pretty balanced, but why LIGHT and WATER? 1/1 OCG 2/2 Usability 3/3 Originality 3/4 Balancing. Because I don't like giving perfect scores.
.Rai
Planning on making a couple. LIGHT and WATER is my favourite combination so why not that first? Also, most other TCGS have allied elements, in YGO, probably the best allies are: LIGHT-WATER-DARK WATER-DARK-WIND WIND-FIRE-EARTH EARTH-LIGHT-WATER So allied elements. Therrion
@Aggro: So it is perfect, you just don't wanna say it? And its LIGHT and WATER probably because those 2 colors are: A) His favorite combination of Colors in MTG and B ) What the picture is closest to.

ragnarok1945
"Search your Deck for a Level 4 monster and add it to your hand" Specify a bit more on the lv4 monster. Right now it's too vague and therefore too versatile
.Rai
True, but that's pretty much fine. At the end of the day, it's a less abusable Summoner Monk that really is only good for decks that can keep up the field control. Scraps would benefit from this, but they can't use it anyway because of Attribute problems. Maybe Anti-Meta w/ Snowman Eater and other cards, but a lot of the cards rely on being on the field and placing them back into the Deck is rather unfavourable. Thank you for the comment.
