[center][center]Once per turn, if you control no monsters: you can pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon 1 "Immortal" card from your hand. When a face-up "Immortal" card you control is destroyed: Special Summon 1 "Immortal" card from your deck with less ATK than the destroyed monster. If this card would be destroyed by an effect that does not target it: negate the effect of that card and destroy it; then, destroy 1 monster you control.

[center][center]Select 1 "Immortal" monster you control; destroy it and Special Summon 2 "Immortal Ascendant" tokens (Fairy-Type/DARK/Level 4/ATK 1400/DEF 1400) to your side of the field in face up ATK position.

Plane seems a bit Op'd being able to bring out more immortals when one is destroyed, some drawback would be nice. 2nd one is has a fair effect. Correct OCG would be, Select 1 "Immortal" monster you control; destroy it. Special Summon 2 "Immortal Ascendant" tokens (Fairy-Type/DARK/Level 4/ATK 1400/DEF 1400) to your side of the field in face up ATK position. Not sure on the first one though. 7.5/10

Yeah plane seems way to OP'd. Instead I would say something like:

"Once per turn, while you control no monsters. Remove from play 1 "Earthbound Immortal" from your Graveyard to Special Summon 1 "Earthbound Immortal" of a different name from your hand. That monster cannot attack directly while this card is face-up on the field."
