evilfusion Posted September 8, 2011 Report Share Posted September 8, 2011 Heh, anti-Disaster Dragon tech. Although really, some Chaos/Fairy decks could use this. It's a Level 4 Light Fairy that can costly steal Dragons from the Graveyard with no restriction on their use, and there are quite a few Dragon monsters people might be using: Synchros especially.
