Very underpowered . Tributing 8 cards is a bit too much. I suggest you to lower the cost to summon it and give it some better effects.

8 cards on the field is really hard to pull off, not even sure how you plan to get this thing out so quickly

for the monster cards, make sure they cannot be token monsters

otherwise you can just just scapegoat (remember, they can't be used for tribute summoning, but yours is SPECIAL summoning, so it's fair game)
