I currently run Monk and I find it meh to be honest. @ ALT+WIN I dont really find 3 Duality to be needed. You got the Goblindberg tech idea from me when I first posted it in a build ...I might put it back in the build over Monk though because Monk hates me and -1 Synchro and Exceeds are bad in general.
