Each player can only use this effect of "Soul Imprisoner" once per Duel. By tributing this face-up monster, select one Banished monster and return it to your hand. Support for my odd version of Chaos. I know Chaos in general does not need more support, but I don't think these would help normal Chaos (at least not as much). The 2nd one is very hard to balance. It used to be Zombie, but that caused a big problem with Mezuki, so then I changed it to fiend. That may cause a problem with Tour Guide From the Underwold, but the problem is significantly smaller and it more helps the deck type I like. But Tour Gude should not be at 3. Anyway, I have not done this in a while so I completely forgot all OCG, also it looks to have changed, so I will have to become better with that again. Time Psyduck Posted September 19, 2011 Report Share Posted September 19, 2011 Mind Flayer is nice with the newer banishing Psychics, since it can modulate levels for a Synchro/Xyz summon, and move your Psychics about for Wizard/Cleric and healing. Plus it has a decent DEF, so unlike Mental Seeker you can draw it without dying inside. Soul Imprisoner seems a bit too good even with the SS being once only, because banishing it basically searches anything from the deck. Given DARKs can banish without too much difficulty, and there's generic cards like Gold Sarcophagus, it's not that hard to set it up either. Maybe have some restriction on what can be banished, and put the card to the top of the deck, rather than it going straight to the hand. It would slow it down a lot, and give the opponent more chance to prevent the card being used. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Would like it to be like Sangan, tutor any 1500 ATK or lower monster.
