gimmepie
It wasn't supposed to be anything special, just a card that works with the arch. Also, I'm trying to make as many cards that make room on your own field so it doesn't get crowded to to the effect of the Illusories.
gimmepie
bump New Card Added: Illusory Sacrifice
raaabr
Nice to see that you are still making this set. problem is, sacrifice is like stray lambs, except more circumstancial, and can't be used for a tribute.
gimmepie
Sacrifice... is to make tributes easier.
ragnarok1945
Illusory Sacrifice is plain just token swarming on the field, plus you didn't say how many tokens are summoned
gimmepie
my bad, will fix. edit: fixed

gimmepie
cool, I'm thinking of a maybe doing a card that negates all effects on the field except for those of Illusory monsters. What do you think?
ragnarok1945
well let's see the card first
gimmepie
New Card Added: Explosion of Dark Light.
ragnarok1945
don't really see the need to set the card again you just said destroy it after the end phase of its activation so that means you activate it, it goes back to face down again, and at the end of your turn it goes to the graveyard unless of course when it goes face down again, you can activate it a 2nd time
gimmepie
Yeah you can activate it a second time, the destruction was to keep it balanced. New Card Added: Returned Soul
ragnarok1945
all right I thought so now, for returned soul nothing really too new, might get a bit too OPed because you can special summon ANY monster other than the one you just banished to the field though, perhaps specify a bit more? gimmepie
I have balanced Returned Soul out a bit more. New Cards Added: Unreal Reckoning (It may seem OP'd but when you consider how hard it is too use effectively it's balanced enough) and Static Illusion. gimmepie
I'm thinking of doing a few more traps maybe a couple more spells before finishing this arch up, so any input is appreciated.
ragnarok1945
for Unreal Recokning, 500 burn and up to 10 monsters is a bit too much yes it's not likely you can get the 5000 burn, but getting monsters to your graveyard isn't that hard these days, so maybe cut it to 5 monsters max so the most you do is 2500 burn
gimmepie
It is hard to keep Illusory monsters in your grave... they special summon back to the field on your next turn.
Garthfunkle Vii Backwards
someone all ready the 12 chinese zodiac thing so im not impressed
gimmepie
The focus isn't on the Zodiac those were honestly just easy to fit characteristics too (I also added the Native American Zodiac cards for the same reason). Sorry to disappoint but I'm looking for constructive criticism of my cards, if they are/aren't useful and why/why not.
legendhiro
i like 'em. combining personality traits with well-known animal signs is an interesting concept, since it let's you keep the "characters" recognizable without becoming too bound by an existing mythology. Developous
6/10... some seem oppd, but good idea for illusory. Gfx, however, are good for the set.

ragnarok1945
well it's not that hard to summon for that reason destroying it and nuking all your opponent's monsters seems a bit too much, especially since it recycles itself you destroy it, comes back right away
