Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned by its own effect, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. By discarding Rock-Type monsters whose total DEF equals 4000 or more: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand or Graveyard). Each time an EARTH monster is Flip Summoned: Send 1 card your opponent controls to the Graveyard.

I feel like 12 stars is too high for a card with 0 ATK, unless there's some unwritten rule that makes any monster with 4000 ATK or DEF a 12 star monster. Anyway, that doesn't matter.

I like this card, although I think there are some OCG errors, like using the word "must" when summoning this card should be the choice of the player. I like the idea of being able to summon it back from the graveyard, because no matter what, you'll still be discarding a bunch of monsters every time.

I don't know why, but I have a problem with the ability of this card to destroy any enemy monster just by flipping EARTH monsters. I'm not going to say it's OPed, but it rubs me the wrong way. Even though this monster has 0 ATK, I feel like you could still get a really devastating attack from any EARTH monsters you flip by clearing the opponent's field and opening them up. What would even be an OTK would be combining high-defense EARTH monsters and this card with something like Shield and Sword, after flipping a bunch of EARTH monsters and opening your opponent up for an attack that's at least worth 4000 points.

I'm not sure how you could "balance" it, but I like the idea and the picture, although for some reason I don't think this card should be 12 stars. I have no idea why, although when you can't normal summon the monster, stars really don't matter as much.
