Seems like a fairly standard ritual card to me. Because of Equinox's high attack power you have plenty of opportunities to use it's effect.

The wording for the ritual spell is very repetitive. "This card can be used to summon "Equinox - The Winged Knight of Clavore only" Should be "This card is used to Ritual Summon "Equinox - The Winged Knight of Clavore." You really don't need the only and the end.

for the ritual, if you're going to keep the summoning effect, you may want to consider adding a slight restriction on the special summoned monster
