how to cnc a sprite pasted onto another sprite....
And recolors are not allowed.

Create something that doesn't take less than 5 minutes and I'd probably attempt at a cnc.

It depends actually. If it's a resplice recolour then it's fine. Like that infamous Toxic Series. Where the creator changed the Pokemon a bit to make them look mutated. While recolouring them.
