[u]Concept[/u]
Based as a counterpart to [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Chaos_Goddess"]Chaos Goddess[/url]. Upon specific requirements, I thought that 1 WIND Tuner + 1 or more WIND non-Tuners would be bland. Different Attributes obviously was more creative and fun to play. The best route for playability's sake would be Chaos (LIGHT+DARK). Train of thought brings me to Chaos Goddess, and that just gives me all sorts of opportunities for fun, fun, fun!

[u]Playability & Balancing[/u]
Obviously, I had to reverse Chaos Goddess' requirements, so it becomes 1 DARK Tuner + 2 or more LIGHT non-Tuners. Chaos Goddess' most common way of getting out was via Chaos-End Master, Sphere of Chaos and Level Eater. That's basically impossibly here because of the reversed requirements.

However, it does give it an even easier way of getting out. And not to mention tons of coincidences. This comes in the form of Agents. Half-unintentional, but it works to great effect. Genex Ally Birdman + The Agent of Creation - Venus + Mystical Shine Ball makes this instantly. I also wanted to reverse the effect of Chaos Goddess. I could either fuel Chaos Goddess, or let Chaos Goddess fuel this. Letting Chaos Goddess fuel this would obviously break it in terms of advantage so I go for the former. Venus fuels the first effect of Chaos Deity as it can freely make those Mystical Shine Balls. A nice coincidence from the reverse of Chaos Goddess' effect. I can then dump random stuff to fuel Chaos Goddess' effect.

Now, is it overpowered considering these super-easy combos? No. At the end of the day, it has 1800 ATK only, and fuels the Grave with what will usually just be a Genex Ally Birdman. Without another Venus, you're only ever making your singular copy of Black Rose or Trishula. Unless you're weird, and you run more than 1 Black Rose Dragon.

This doesn't follow the protocol for any of the challenges.

It isn't Level 2 or 3

It doesn't rely on something stupid

And it doesn't have 8000 ATK.


Until you fix it, I'm afraid this card doesn't qualify.
