Would fit well into a lot of different decks. Not OP'd and a good card for later in the game. I'd say it's a job well-done. Do you want a number rating or is this fine?

Very good card. Its effects are balanced. I have always wanted a Levl 7 synchro monster as good as black rose dragon.

a little weak in atk for it to hold its own ground, but the ability to ruin the element of surprise definitely makes up for it
