The Emperors and Empresses are powerful Level 5 or higher monsters that cannot be banished if a specific Level 4 monster was banished before. However, when Special Summon the Emperor (or Empress) the opponent gains automatically 2000 Life Points. It also has special monsters that can be used as trumps, the Gods. Extremely offensive or defensive, have the strongest effects. Although they require a high cost to activate their effects, and have weaknesses that balance them with other cards.
