This Account is Unplayable
This cards work very interestingly in tandem, since if you get 1 Summoner destroyed, you can activate Trick, and just go from there, however that's where this becomes abusable to an extent, although really through fault of your opponent. Summoner Magician can summon 2 more, which gives Trick 2 counters, the final Summoner bringing out an apprentice. Apprentice can be destroyed, giving a 3rd, then 4th, then 5th counter, and still have something on the field. Although I'm sure you made it with this in mind. Anyway, it's somewhat abusable since it has no actual limit to it, which could lead to your drawing a huge amount from just 1 card, although the drawbacks are nice, which balance out the lack of a limit to the card, and it's insanely better than the Spell with the similar effect (I want to say Arcane Barrier but I feel like it's wrong). Overall, the cards are very good, and work well in tandem, and alone. I'd fix the OCG if you posted it, since I don't enjoy re-writing the whole thing. Since I don't like number ratings/grades, I'll leave it at that.
Legend Zero
Effects posted. tbh I completely forgot about Arcane Barrier when I made this. They are similar, but with the absolute lack of abusability (outside the FTK) Spell Counters are a casual deck. I did make Trick that way in hopes of bumping it up to Tier 2. I also found it acceptable with the current backrow hate of the format (even though I know countering easily doesn't make a card less broken). And you're right, I did think of Summoner -> Apprentice combo because I've become obsessed with Toolboxing ever since I played with Verdant Sanctuary. (which the Trap might get the same ruling as Verdant) XD Thanks for commenting. ;D
This Account is Unplayable
When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard: Special Summon 1 Spellcaster-Type monster with 1500 or less ATK from your Deck that has "Spell Counter" in its text. (Could be effect, or "Card text", so I won't change that, since I'm not sure.) Activate only when 1 of your Spellcaster-Type monsters is destroyed. Place 1 Spell Counter on this card each time 1 of your Spellcaster-Type monsters is destroyed. You cannot place Spell Counters on this card with another card effect. You can send this face-up card to the Graveyard; Draw 1 card for each Spell Counter on this card. Changes in bold. And I got nothing else to add. ragnarok1945
Summoner Magician is fine A Mage's Final Trick is slightly on the OPed end though, since you can kill the spellcaster monsters yourself to get the counter added
