And I thought of an idea to make a "Mercenary" archtype that involves paying Life Points to summon them. (Credit to whoever made template download for MSE.) If this card destroys a monster by battle; select 1 card in your opponent's Graveyard and Banish it. During the End Phase of a turn that this card destroys a monster by battle; return this card to the owner's hand. [img]http://i54.tinypic.com/25sbupd.jpg[/img] Cannot be Special Summoned. You must pay 300 Life Points to Normal Summon or Set this monster. When this card is Normal Summoned, select 1 card in your opponent's hand and reveal it. If it is a Trap Card, banish it. [img]http://i52.tinypic.com/23rpj75.jpg[/img] Cannot be Special Summoned. You must pay 600 Life Points to Normal Summon or Set this monster. You must pay 1000 Life Points to Normal SUmmon or Set this card. If this card is destroyed by battle; you can pay an 500 Life Points to Special Summon 3 "Mercenary Attack Token" (Warrior-Type/EARTH/Level 1/ATK 500/DEF 400) [img]http://i56.tinypic.com/16784k7.jpg[/img] Cannot be Special Summoned. You must pay 500 Life Points to Normal Summon or Set this card. When this card destroys a monster by battle; you can tribut 1 face-up "Mercenary" monster you control to inflict direct damage equal to the tributed monster's attack. [img]http://i54.tinypic.com/2f040i8.jpg[/img] Cannot be Special Summoned. You must pay 500 Life Points to Normal Summon or Set this monster. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing Battle Damage to your opponent. If this card inflicts Battle Damage, increase your Life Points by 400. If this card is targeted by a card effect; you can tribute this card to negate all card effects until the End Phase.
