[/quote] Ya i said that the "Blue Expense Falcon" (anime card) is a lvl 2 tuner and lets u summon a lvl 4 or lower dragon from your hand... But it has to be for a wind synchro tho.. You'll notice not many of the TCG vets use l337 sp34k outside of joking. If English isn't your first language then you have an excuse though.
