Activate only when your opponent targets a Defense Position monster you control as an attack target. Change all monsters your opponent controls to face-up Attack Position; flip effects are not activated. Decrease the attacking monster's attack by 1000 until the End Phase; its attack cannot be negated this turn.

You were probably going to comment on so many high defense monsters, the problem is there are very easy-to-summon beatsticks and not many easy-to-summon defenders. D-HERO Defender is the only one who has a notable amount of defense, but once your opponent rams it, all they need is one of those huge synchro beaters to get rid of it.
