If you control no monsters or only control "False Reality" Monsters, you can can Special Summon 1 lv 4 or lower "False Reality" Monster in Attack Position

During your Draw Phase you can select 1 "False Reality" card from your Deck and add it to your Hand instead you conductinng your normal Daw Phase. Once Per Turn you can destory 1 face up card on your side of the Field and send 1 card from your Hand to your Deck to add 1 "False Reality" card frrom your Deck to your Hand.

This card can only be Special Summon by the effects of "False Reality Lies Upon Lies"While this card is face up on the Field is not treated as a DARK monster. During the End Phase all player lose Life Points equal to the number of "False Reality" cards x 100. When you can send 1 face up face up "False Reality Unfilled Promises", "False Reality Lies Upon Lies" and, "False Reaality Cult Man" to your Deck, Special Summon 1 "False Reality Enforcer Koundunzraae" from your Hand, Deck, Graveyard or, Bannish Pile

This card can not be Normal Summon or Set this card can only be Special Summon by the effects of "False Reality Cult Man". This card can not attack the turn it was Special Summoned. This card can inflict piercing damage. During every Stanby Phase all face up monsters' ATK and DEF is half until the End Phase. monsters can not set or flip face down when your Opponent summon a monster or activate a spell or trap your Opponent loses 200 Life Points. This card is treated not as a DARK monster.

5000 seems fine plus it some what hard to summon because you need 3 specific cards face up on your side of the field to summon it

to summon koundundraae is at least a 2 turn plan summon

it cann be destoryed in battle and battle damage can be dealt to its user and lastly it weak to magic and trap

so trap hole solom judgement and etc.
