1 "Synchron" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 "Synchron" monster from your hand or Deck. Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1, you can send 1 Level 3 or lower Tuner monster from your Deck to the Graveyard: Destroy 1 monster your opponent controls. Skip the Battle Phase during the turn this effect is activated. When this card leaves the field: Banish it and inflict 1000 damage to your opponent's Life Points.

I like the "1 "Synchron" Tuner" clause and how you can get a free Quickdraw or Junk Synchron. I'm kinda iffy about banishing a "Synchron" monster to destroy 1 card since there's several Quickdraw/Tuning Decks that recycle these guys alot, so it might not be an option. Last but not least, the banish burn...O_O...ummm...wow...2000?? That might be a bit too much and makes this card quite Powerful...maybe a little TOO powerful

Maybe the burn isn't necessary at all to begin with. This card would be a nice tech if it would just search "Synchron"s instead. Then it might be teched in along side Black Rose in Quickdraw decks.

O_O this is FAR better...but to some extent might still be broken. For example:

Opponent: 1 face-down monster.

Quickdraw, Dandylion, Tuning, X card, X card and Level Eater in your hand.

1.) Pitch Dandy for Quickdraw: Get 2 Tokens.
2.) Tuning for Quickdraw Synchron: Mill random card.
3.) Synchro for Jet Warrior. Use his eff. Send Glow to Grave, destroy opponent's face-down.
4.) -1 level Jet Warrior, Special Level Eater.
5.) Synchro level eater + Quickdraw = Drill Warrior.
6.) -1 level Drill Warrior, Special Level Eater.
7.) Mill X card, Special Glow-up.
8.) Synchro Glow-up + Level Eater = Formula: Draw 1 card.
9.) -1 Drill again, Special Level Eater.
10.) Synchro Level eater + level 6 Jet Warrior + Formula = Trishula
11.) Jet Warrior deals burn.
Go on for more comboes...

Every card technically has potential to be broken and abused. Just make it in such a way where they give +0s. Your monster's +1's are dealt in burn and Milling to destroy a card.

Foolish burial + Tribute to the doom effect = +2
1000 burn + Synchro = +1
Synchro Summon + Special a Tuner = +1

This card gives a total of +4 when used...O_o...actually my combo above could even go for a Shooting Quasar Dragon, now that I think about it. What you have to do, is put some drawbacks to your effects. Milling something to destroy something ISN'T a draw back. Something like, discarding a card or 2, Special Summoning something with the cost of destroying something else, etc. Something along those lines.

How about a Synchron Tuner? IMO, the fact that it skips the Battle Phase sorta makes it okay, but it's still a somewhat broken effect, because sending cards from your Deck to your Graveyard can give you a big advantage. For instance, you could dump Plaguespreader or Quillbolt this way. It would actually be less powerful if all it did was destroy a monster once per turn, but that would be boring.

So yeah, just make the monster you have to send to the Graveyard a specific monster and it won't be as broken.
