Card Maker Only Posting Half of My Card's Effect

Does anyone might know what the problem might be? Here's the lore.
When this card is Normal Summoned Banish it. This card returns to the field during your Standby Phase when Banished. When this card returns to the field place 1 ? Counter on it and Banish it again. Each time after this place 1 additional ? Counter on it. When this card is removed from the field while it has 4 or more ? Counters on it Special Summon 1 "Pupu" or "Alien" monster from your hand or Deck.

If the question marks are part of the lore, try replacing it with something.
Otherwise, I have no idea.

Yeah, I remember something about the "?" messing with the cardmaker.
